一、產品簡介
放電保護球隙的球隙距離S和球直徑D應保持0.05K≤S≤0.5D,才能保證其準確度,球表面應清潔、光滑、干燥(相對濕度應在80以下)。在正式測量之前,應進行幾次預放電,以使放電電壓穩定,球隙周圍(規定范圍內)不應有其他任何物體。試驗時將球隙器和試品并聯,球隙器本身串有每伏1歐的保護電阻,當球隙調整到60%試驗電壓(球隙的放電距離可以從表1、表2中查得)之際,試品應用同時接上測定。當球隙放電時,試驗變壓器得低壓側電壓表讀數取3-4次平均值;然后按同樣方法測定70%和80%試驗電壓時試變電壓表得讀數,以此三點線值作以曲線(大多為一直線),再延長此曲線(大多按正比例推算)至所需得試驗電壓值,求得低壓側電壓表的讀數,然后將球隙調整至比試驗電壓高10-15%的位置上,放電保護球隙作為耐壓試驗過程中可能發生過電壓放電保護。
