1。安裝使用產品前應檢查銘牌上的技術數據與使用情況是否相符；
2。安裝及維修前必須切斷前級電源；
3。進、出線電纜穿過橡膠密封圈，須用墊圈及壓緊螺母壓緊，保證密封及電纜不得松動；
4。密封圈在使用過程中出現腐蝕、脆裂、變形、發粘或硬度變化超過出廠時的20%應及時向廠家進行選購并更換，以確保防爆性能可靠；
5。維護拆卸時注意隔爆面不得磕碰、劃傷、腐蝕，并定期涂204-1防銹油；
6。配電箱在使用過程中要定期檢查，以保證其良好運行；
7。非專業人員嚴禁開蓋維修、檢查。
