金屬纏繞墊片（基本型）采用優質SUS304、SUS316（“V”形或“W”形) 金屬帶及其它合金材料與石墨、石棉、聚四氟乙烯、無石棉等軟性材料相互重疊螺旋纏繞而成，在開始及末端用點焊方式將金屬帶固定。 1.金屬帶材料 A. 采用厚度為0.15mm~0.25mm的08F，0Cr13, 0Cr18Ni19Ti, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 00Cr18Ni10, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2,201,304,316等冷軋鋼帶，或由供需雙方協商 確定。

帶外環金屬纏繞墊由V形或W形不銹鋼帶和非金屬填充料疊合，螺旋卷繞，始末端點焊而成。
