系統簡介：

Brief introduction

全自動X射線工程車輪胎檢測系統是工程車輪胎專用檢測設備。該系統由高頻高壓X射線系統、數字成像系統、機械運動系統、電氣控制系統、X射線防護系統、視頻監視系統等組成。

The system is designed for OTR tire. It includes high frequency and voltage X-ray system, digital imaging system, mechanical motion system, tire identifying system, control system, X-ray protection system, video monitor system and so on.

系統特點：

Characteristic

■高精密機械運動系統，使輪胎在檢測過程中具有較高的定位精度和速度控制，從而保證得到圖像質量。

The tire can be controlled accurately during the inspection cycle due to the high precision motion mechanism. It can offer an excellent image.
■采用 CMOS線性探測器，動態范圍 12 bit。

■圖像分辨率 1mm ,具有全屏滾動顯示功能。

Full-screen scrolling image with resolution 1mm

■采用移動的小車將輪胎自動送入鉛房，輪胎在小車上直接旋轉檢測的方式，從而避免了在鉛房內用吊車起吊輪胎而損傷設備和人員的風險。

The tire can be placed at its inspecting position automatically by the moving loader, which avoids the risk caused by using the hoisting machine in the lead cabin.
