HZ系列滑動(dòng)閘門用于建材、冶金、礦山、電力、化工、玻璃、輕工、糧食等行業(yè)的庫頂、庫底及進(jìn)出口等。是控制流量變化較大，啟動(dòng)頻繁，切斷迅速的理想設(shè)備。
This valve is widely used at the top and bottom of store house and carrying port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
Structure characteristic:
體腔內(nèi)設(shè)灰斗卸料，避免物料沖擊體腔，延長(zhǎng)了使用壽命，閘板運(yùn)動(dòng)由滑輪導(dǎo)向，減小了運(yùn)動(dòng)阻力，操作更加靈活、切斷快速，特別適用于各類微帶粘度的固體、粉料及小于Φ10mm的顆粒料，晶粒料的輸送及流量調(diào)節(jié)，安裝不受角度限制， 能隨時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)開度。該閥門有手輪和鏈輪兩種操作形式，I型為手輪，II為鏈輪。單向和雙向兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式，HZD為單向，HZS為雙向。
There is dust- ladle in body, which prevents body from impacting of material and prolongs the service life. The slide plate is guided by pulley, which reduces motive resistance. The valve is handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material of little viscosity, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle. The position of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. TypeⅠ means manual wheel. Type Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction HZD is signal direction and HZS is double direction.

工作原理：
Working principle
主要由框架、閘板、絲桿、螺母等零件構(gòu)成，人工轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪使帶動(dòng)絲桿螺母和閘板作水平方向往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，達(dá)到啟閉目的。閘板的運(yùn)動(dòng)像刀鍘一樣能切斷滯留在灰斗上的物料，達(dá)到密封狀態(tài)。
It is made up of frame, slide plate, screw bolt, nut etc. rotate the hａnd wheel to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of nut and slide plate and the open-close of gate. The movement of slide plate is like that of hay cutter, which can cut off the material lagging on the dust-ladle and make the valve in sealed state.

使用說明：
Usage explanation:
l 本閥可水平安裝或垂直安裝，安裝時(shí)兩法蘭連接中間必須加密封墊片，然后鎖緊螺栓。
l 操作時(shí)手輪順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥關(guān)，反之為開，不得在手輪上再增加輔助杠桿。
l 若長(zhǎng)期存放應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)加潤(rùn)滑油，不允許露天存放或堆置。
l It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.
l You cannot add assistant lever to the hａnd wheel. Clockwise turn of hａnd wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.
l The device should be in the shutdown if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open and piling up is not permitted.
