簡介
MK3000酶聯免疫分析儀（酶標儀），是對酶聯免疫檢測（EAL）實驗結果進行讀取和分析的專業(yè)儀器。酶聯免疫反應通過偶聯在抗原或抗體上的酶催化顯色底物進行的，反應結果以顏色顯示，通過吸光度值的大小就可以判斷標本中待測抗體或抗原的濃度，吸光度，陰陽性等。
本產品廣泛的應用在生物學、農業(yè)科學、食品和環(huán)境科學的應用研究中，特別在近幾年中，由于大量的酶聯免疫試劑盒的應用，使得酶標儀的應用越來越廣泛。

本產品具有以下特點：
1.采用10寸高分辨液晶電容觸摸屏，無需鍵盤，操作簡單直觀，易用。
2.可視化布板，人性化設計，可快速、直觀標準空白、樣品、陰陽性對照及質控，支持多值對照，方便實用。
3.13通道高精度光纖測量系統，酶標孔中心精確自動定位。
4.擁有參比光路通道系統，檢測結果更穩(wěn)定準確。
5.8位濾光片輪，標配4個濾光片，可選配其它濾光片。
6.內置軟件即可實現動力學、標準曲線、定性、質控等檢測；軟件包含了程序生成和儲存，以及檢測數據存儲功能，存儲容量大；功能強大的曲線擬合、動力學分析及報告功能。
7.光源節(jié)能設計，限度延長光源壽命。
8.具備對光路，機械運動等進行自檢和診斷功能。
9.具備振板功能，振板時間和速度可調。
10.單波長、雙波長檢測，檢測速度塊。
11.可以連接U盤輸出數據也可直接連接打印機打印數據。
12.自帶孵育功能，孵育溫度范圍為室溫+4℃ ～ 65℃。
