GB1682單試樣低溫脆性測定儀是測定硫化橡膠在規定條件下試樣受沖擊出現破壞時的Z高溫度，即為脆性溫度，可以對塑料及其他彈性材料在低溫條件下的使用性能作比較性鑒定。
GB1682單試樣低溫脆性測定儀用途：
GB1682單試樣低溫脆性測定儀測定硫化橡膠脆性溫度和判斷硫化橡膠在規定溫度下被沖擊后是否產生破壞的方法，包括兩種程序：程序A是測定脆性溫度；程序B是在規定溫度下沖擊試樣，判斷是否產生破壞。
試驗標準：
GB/T1682-2014 硫化橡膠 低溫脆性的測定 單試樣法
注：本標準所測定的脆性溫度，是硫化橡膠的特性溫度，不代表硫化橡膠及其制品工作溫度的下限。用脆性溫度可以比較不同橡膠材料或不同配方的硫化橡膠低溫性能的優劣。因此，在科學研究、橡膠材料及其制品質量檢驗、生產過程控制等方面，都具有一定實用價值。
單試樣低溫脆性溫度試驗儀基本技術參數：
低溫浴：
（1）容積≈0.7dm3(用工業酒精）
2）額定溫度：-80℃
額定工作電流：10A
溫度調節范圍：-76℃-室溫
試樣冷卻時間：180±0.5秒
提出夾持器并于0.5秒內沖擊試樣
沖擊位置：
（1）沖擊器與試樣之間距離為25±1毫米
（2）從沖擊位置到試樣夾持器下端的距離為11±0.5毫米
3）沖擊行程為40±1毫米
氣源泉壓力：0.41MPa

The rubber brittleness temperature testing board is for testing the brittle temperature of such elastic materials as rubber and plastics cracked or damaged under impact when hardened under low temperature.
