CS 200E 專門用于回轉(zhuǎn)窯窯體溫度監(jiān)測的紅外掃描成像系統(tǒng)

CS 200E 系統(tǒng)專為監(jiān)測回轉(zhuǎn)窯運行狀態(tài)而設計、能準確探測由于回轉(zhuǎn)窯內(nèi)耐火磚的脫落產(chǎn)生的熱點，以避免窯體損壞所帶來的高額損失并延長窯體的使用壽命。此外還可選擇系統(tǒng)提供的選件模塊實現(xiàn)遮擋區(qū)域的測量、燒成帶監(jiān)測、輪帶滑移量監(jiān)測、冷卻風機控制等。

CS 200E 系統(tǒng)通過監(jiān)測全窯長的窯體溫度，提供窯內(nèi)耐火磚磨損狀況，通過單獨固定的點溫儀測量被輪帶“遮擋”區(qū)域的溫度數(shù)據(jù)，并同主要測量的溫度數(shù)據(jù)綜合組成一幅完整的熱圖像。燒成帶測溫儀和輪帶滑移監(jiān)控選件模塊的數(shù)據(jù)均可集成到系統(tǒng)中，操作者在中控室內(nèi)通過計算機顯示屏即可顯示全部的運行信息，此外，操作者還可通過調(diào)用多功能的歷史記錄數(shù)據(jù)庫，通過當前數(shù)據(jù)同歷史記錄數(shù)據(jù)的對比，提前防止生產(chǎn)事故的發(fā)生。

CS 200E 系統(tǒng)由 MP 50 掃描測溫儀和功能強大的CS200E 專用軟件及多種可選模塊組成。

MP 50 是世界上應用*廣的掃描測溫儀。數(shù)以千計的掃描測溫儀已應用到各種氣候環(huán)境下，甚至是荒漠或熱帶雨林地區(qū)的回轉(zhuǎn)窯使用現(xiàn)場。能在苛刻環(huán)境下可靠工作的MP50HR，采用了的光學設計，*的微電子技術和高可靠性的電動機，可以說 MP50 HR 是集信號處理、數(shù)據(jù)存儲和數(shù)據(jù)通訊技術為一身的高性能測溫儀。

為確保在復雜環(huán)境下的可靠運行，專為MP50HR掃描測溫儀設計了一個堅固的機座以及固定在機座上的帶空氣吹掃和水冷卻的不銹鋼保護箱，該保護箱包括一個可調(diào)安裝基座用于調(diào)整掃描儀沿軸向瞄準回轉(zhuǎn)窯，一個帶軌道的連接板用于快速安裝掃描儀，用于空氣吹掃和水冷卻的快速拆卸裝置和一個便于更換的視窗。
