輕型直線振動篩是利用兩臺振動電機為激震源，反向轉動時產生的激振力，通過傳振體傳遞到輕型直線振動篩整個篩面上，從而使篩面上的物料向出料口方向跳躍運動。小于篩孔的物料通過篩網落到下層，經連續跳躍后從出料口流出，卡在篩網上的物料由橡膠球彈出，由于篩分過程合理，可同時取得幾種不同規格的物料。可配單篩或多篩，實現分級，去除雜質，除塵，檢測，洗選，脫水等。

DZSF系列輕型直線振動篩主要適用于，塊狀、顆粒狀、粉狀物料的篩分。如磨料、建材、醫藥、化工、冶金、樹脂粉、陶瓷原料等，可根據客戶需要，現場尺寸要求，進行設計制作。
