本機是糖漿,口服液等灌裝、旋（軋）蓋二機合一的液體灌裝機，適用于各種20-100ml瓶的玻璃瓶,塑料瓶的液體灌裝和旋（軋）蓋。機器采用潛入式灌裝結構，灌裝時，灌裝頭自動伸入瓶子底部。邊灌裝邊上升，液體無溢出；為防止污染工作臺，機器設有無瓶止灌裝置；采用高精度活塞式灌裝，灌裝計量分粗、精兩級調整，簡單方便。組合式灌裝管路及灌裝組件，拆卸、消毒、回裝十分方便。采用調節氣閥，能很方便的調節旋（軋）蓋壓力大??；采用變頻調整系統，能方便的適應各種不同規格的瓶子及不同粘度液體灌裝的不同速度需要。本機有旋螺紋蓋和軋蓋防盜蓋二種機型可供選擇（使用廠家:北京貝麗萊斯生物化學/廣西昌洲天然藥業/四川蜀城藥業）
