進口ELISA試劑盒價格檢驗方法
1.使用前將試劑盒置室溫30分鐘，恢復至室溫。
2.取所需用量酶標板條，設空白對照1孔、陰性/陽性對照各2孔，未用的板條盡快密封，2～8℃保存。
3.空白對照孔加樣品稀釋液100μl；陰、陽性對照孔分別加入陰、陽性對照100μl；樣品孔每孔加入稀釋后的樣品100μl。
4.混勻，置37℃反應30分鐘。
5.扣去孔內液體，每孔加滿洗滌液，靜置30秒后棄去，重復洗滌5次，拍干。
6.每孔加酶標記物100μl（空白孔除外）。置37℃反應30分鐘。
7.洗滌，同步驟5。
8.每孔依次加底物液A、底物液B各50μl，混勻，37℃避光反應10分鐘。
9.每孔加終止液50μl，混勻，用空白孔調零，于450nm(可用630nm作參比波長）測定各孔吸光值（A值）。

1.實驗操作時需戴手套、穿工作衣，嚴格健全和執行消毒隔離制度，各種實驗廢棄物都應按傳染物處理。
2.終止液具有腐蝕性，應避免接觸皮膚和衣物，如不慎接觸請立即用大量自來水沖洗。
3.酶標板從冷藏環境中取出時應恢復至室溫方可開袋，未用完的酶標板需放入有干燥劑的密封袋中保存。
4.濃縮洗滌液在低溫時容易結晶，使用時需恢復至室溫以*溶解。
5.洗滌時各孔均需加滿液體，防止孔口有游離酶不能洗凈。
