Plastic Insulated High Performance Flame-retardant Power Cable產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Standard 　　本產(chǎn)品按GB12706-91《額定電壓35KV及以下銅芯、鋁芯塑料絕緣電力電纜》、GB12666.5-90《電線電纜成束燃燒試驗(yàn)》、GB/T17650-1998《取自電纜或光纜的材料燃燒時(shí)釋出氣體的試驗(yàn)方法》和GB/T17651-1998《電纜或光纜在特定條件下燃燒的煙密度測(cè)定》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)0.6/1kv~26/35kv塑料絕緣電力電纜，同時(shí)還可根據(jù)用戶需要按電工委員會(huì)*標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC、英國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、德國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及美國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)。The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB12706-91、GB12666.5-90、GB/T17650-1998 and GB/T17651-1998 or IEC and DIN and ICEA.適用范圍 Applications　　本產(chǎn)品適用于工頻額定電壓0.6/1kv~26/35KV 輸配電線路作配送電能之用。The product is suitable for power transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage 0.6/1kv~26/35kv.使用特性 Operating characteristics .　　工頻額定電壓U0/U為0.6/1kv~26/35kv.Rated power frequency voltage U0/U:0.6/1KV~26/35KV.　　PVC絕緣電纜導(dǎo)體的*zui高工作溫度為70℃。XLPE絕緣電纜導(dǎo)體的*允許zui高工作溫度為90℃PVC insulated power cable Max . permissible continuous operating temperature of the conductor should not exceed 70 ℃,XPLE permissible continuous operating temperature of the conductor should not exceed 90℃.　　短路時(shí)（zui長(zhǎng)持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過5s）電纜導(dǎo)體的zui高溫度不超過250Max Short –circurrt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250.（5s maximum duration）　　電纜敷設(shè)時(shí)環(huán)境溫度不低于0℃The installation temperature should not below 0℃　　電纜阻燃性能滿足GB12666.5-90標(biāo)準(zhǔn)A類相應(yīng)指標(biāo)要求。The flame-ratardant properties of cable comply with the requirements specified in A kind of GB12666.5-90　　低鹵電纜除應(yīng)滿足GB12666.5-90標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中A類相應(yīng)指標(biāo)要求外，還應(yīng)滿足GB/T17650.1-1998標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的相應(yīng)指標(biāo)。The flame-retardant properties of lower halogen cable comply with requirements specified in A kind of GB12666.5-90 except compluing with requirements specified in GB/T17650.2-1998 .　　無鹵電纜除應(yīng)滿足GB12666.5-90標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中A類相應(yīng)指標(biāo)要求外，還應(yīng)滿足GB/T17650.2-1998和GB/T17651-1998標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的相應(yīng)指標(biāo)。The flame-retardant properties of no halogen cable comply with requirements specified in A kind of GB12666.5-90 except compluing with requirements specified in GB/T17650.2-1998 .and GB/T17651-1998.　　電纜彎曲半徑：三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑15倍；單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑20倍。Three bending radius of a single core should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter Two bending radius of a three-core cable should not less than 15 times of the cable diameter.電纜額定電壓的選擇 Voltage designation　　電纜額定電壓應(yīng)適合于電纜的系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀況，用U0/U（Um）表示，均為有效值，單位為kv　　U0- 電纜設(shè)計(jì)用導(dǎo)體與屏蔽或金屬套之間的額定工作電壓；　　U—電纜設(shè)計(jì)用導(dǎo)體之間的額定工頻電壓；　　Um –設(shè)備可承受的“zui高系統(tǒng)"電壓的zui大值。The rated voltage of the cable for a given application shall be suitable for the operating condition in the system in which the cable is used , and is expressed in the form of U0/U（Um）are applied to the system voltages and running state , and expressed in the form U0/Ukv.U0-The rated power-frequency voltage between conductor and earth or metallic screen ,for which the cable designed .U-The rated power –frequency voltage between conductors for which the cable designed.Um- –The maximum value of “the highest system voltage "for which the equipment may be used.三相系統(tǒng)用電纜的U0值*如下表：The values U0 recommended for cables to be used in three-phase systems are listed below:*類——用于單相接地故障時(shí)間每一次一般不大于1min，亦可用于zui長(zhǎng)不超過8小時(shí)，每年累計(jì)不超過125小時(shí)的系統(tǒng)。第二類——用于接地故障時(shí)間更長(zhǎng)的系統(tǒng)及對(duì)電纜絕緣性能要求較高的場(chǎng)合。The first class cable – suitable for one single –phase earthing – block time does not exceed one minute each time.
