黑夾克聚氨酯保溫鋼管保溫材料用于各類冷水、冷氣、冷油管線圓形、異形及任何形體的管道保溫。 防止結(jié)露:聚乙烯發(fā)泡管材料為閉孔結(jié)構(gòu),它是靠閉孔內(nèi)的氣體絕熱而非聚乙烯材料實現(xiàn)絕熱。其具有優(yōu)異的抗水汽滲透能力。所形成內(nèi)置的隔汽屏障,即是保溫層又是隔汽層,不需另設隔汽層。濕阻因子ц數(shù)值遠遠大于其它保溫材料。能有效地避免結(jié)露現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。

該技術是把絕熱層和防腐層同時包覆在鋼管道外表面上,從而形成管線的保溫防腐層,屬國內(nèi)*。與其他方法相比,具有連續(xù)作業(yè)、生產(chǎn)效率高、成本低、節(jié)約能源、無污染環(huán)境等突出優(yōu)點,1985年獲國家科技進步二等獎,幾經(jīng)科技更新,達到先進水平。

 

        用一步法成型方法建成的鋼管道絕熱防腐生產(chǎn)線自動化程度高,絕熱防腐層的質(zhì)量*符合國家標準。

        該技術自83年研制成功以來,經(jīng)近二十年的改進提高,目前已形成作業(yè)管線范圍達φ48mm~φ1000mm以上。絕熱防腐層鋼管主要用于原油輸送管道、直埋式供熱管道和制冷系統(tǒng)管道的絕熱防腐,應用前景十分廣泛,率*。可應用于集中供熱單位、遠距離輸油、供水、供氣等工程。

        鋼管道防腐保溫泡沫夾克成型技術是八十年代初,由原來石油部基建局組織專家赴加拿大考察后,在國內(nèi)油田推廣的新技術,并在國外 “ 二步法 ” 成型工藝的基礎上,由勝利油田油建工藝技術研究所于 1983 年推出“一步法”成型技術,即鋼管道泡沫防腐保溫成型技術與外部保溫用夾克層一次成型,我們稱這為“一步法”作業(yè)。這一工藝技術的成功,不但提高了作業(yè)效率,也大大節(jié)省了材料,降低了成本,方便了施工,很快這一技術在全國油田得到了推廣,并獲得了山東省科技成果, 1985 年獲得國家發(fā)明,直至目前,國內(nèi)沒有“一步法”技術問世。
