Various types of bearings, each with distinct faults, are employed to assess the frequency patterns of bearing defects across varying speeds. Testing is performed either individually or in various defect combinations within a secure and manageable setting. Serving as an innovative platform for investigating the fault features of rotating machinery, it effectively fulfills the diverse requirements of both educational simulations and scientific research users.
測試臺組成：
Bearing Fault PT100B軸承故障仿真測試臺主要由驅動電機、變頻器、雙支撐軸承、轉軸、基礎底座、控制單元等組成。
The test bench is mainly composed of a drive motor, a frequency converter, dual support bearings, a shaft, a foundation base, a control unit, etc.
測試臺主要功能：
l故障軸承模擬：軸承內圈故障、軸承外圈故障、軸承滾動體故障、軸承保持架故障、軸承綜合故障。
l常見機械故障：機械松動、不對中等試驗。
l不同轉速下的軸承故障頻率識別。
