內(nèi)皮細胞生長添加劑（ECGF/ECGS）是一種內(nèi)皮細胞體外培養(yǎng)不可-缺少的補充物質(zhì)，可以優(yōu)化細胞的體外生長環(huán)境，促進內(nèi)皮細胞的正常增殖和生長。ECGF/ECGS是一種無菌濃縮（100X）溶液，含有正常人內(nèi)皮細胞培養(yǎng)所必需的生長因子、激素和蛋白質(zhì)。內(nèi)皮細胞生長添加劑經(jīng)過配制（定量和定性）以提供平衡的生長環(huán)境，可以很好地促進體外人內(nèi)皮細胞的生長。

艾美捷Relia Tech內(nèi)皮細胞生長添加劑也可用于培養(yǎng)沒有飼養(yǎng)細胞的雜交瘤細胞（Pintus，1983）。這些腦提取物中的活性因子已被鑒定為aFGF的變體（Burgesse，1985）。該ECGF產(chǎn)品補充了生理濃度的人rec.VEGF-A，以支持培養(yǎng)中血管內(nèi)皮細胞的生長和分化。

Reconstitution Reconstitute the contents of the vial in 2 ml of prewarmed (37°C) sterile PBS or water. Gently rotate the vial until the contents are dissolved. This stock solution may be further diluted in sterile tissue culture media to obtain the desired working concentrations. It is recommended that medium containing diluted product is aseptically filtered prior to use.
