細胞角蛋白4抗體抗體規律：
（1）初次反應產生抗體：當抗原*次進入機體時，需經一定的潛伏期才能產生抗體，且抗體產生的量也不多，在體內維持的時間也較短。
（2）再次反應產生抗體：當相同抗原第二次進入機體后，開始時，由于原有抗體中的一部分與再次進入的抗原結合，可使原有抗體量略為降低。隨后，抗體效價迅速大量增加，可比初次反應產生的多幾倍到幾十倍，在體內留存的時間亦較長。
（3）回憶反應產生抗體：由抗原刺激機體產生的抗體，經過一定時間后可逐漸消失。此時若再次接觸抗原，可使已消失的抗體快速上升。如再次刺激機體的抗原與初次相同，則稱為特異性回憶反應；若與初次反應不同，則稱為非特異性回憶反應。非特異性回憶反應引起的抗體的上升是暫時性的，短時間內即很快下降。

保存條件:Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
