 量子點(diǎn)制備方法：

電場約束法 電場約束法是指，*利用調(diào)控金屬電極的電勢使半導(dǎo)體內(nèi)的能級發(fā)生扭曲，形成對載流子的約束。由于量子點(diǎn)所需尺寸在納米，因此金屬電極需要用電子束曝光的方法制作。成本較高，產(chǎn)率也較低。但用這種方法制作出的量子點(diǎn)，可以簡單通過調(diào)控門電壓控制其能級，載流子的數(shù)量和自旋等。由于較高的可控性，這種量子點(diǎn)也較適合于用作量子計(jì)算。
