油溶性量子點
1. 油溶性量子點概述
油溶性即疏水性，通過疏水配體對無機結構ZnCdSe/ZnS表面的包覆（見下圖），量子點可以均勻的分散于非極性有機溶劑中（如己烷、甲苯等），使其更容易進行加工。油溶性量子點通過封裝后可以作為LED背光光源，顯示色域；另外，對油溶性量子點進行表面修飾引入活性基團后，可以與生物分子進行偶聯，應用于生物標記/檢測、高通量編碼、活體成像及動態示蹤等領域。
