產品描述：
首級葉輪在泵的下端。且為吸入式葉輪，可以滿足裝置對氣蝕性能的苛刻要求。泵上設有平衡鼓裝置平衡軸向力，殘余軸向力由一對角接觸球軸承進行平衡。軸承箱中的角接觸球軸承依靠潤滑油進行潤滑，帶有獨立的內循環自動潤滑系統，提高軸承的使用壽命。
結構特點
1. 泵體與支撐管
◆ 多級液下泵結構，泵體安裝在介質池液體中，泵體的安裝深度由裝置汽蝕余量與泵的必須汽蝕余量決定，可保證泵在的環境下不發生汽蝕。
◆ 支撐管的結構適應泵輸送的介質要求。二根支撐管之間，安裝有中間導軸承，導軸承之間的跨度滿足API610標準要求，保證大允許連續轉速低于*臨界轉速，剛性軸設計，從而大限度地保證泵運轉平穩、振動小。
2. 葉輪與導葉
◆ 首級葉輪一般是吸入式葉輪，可提高泵汽蝕性能。
◆ 每種規格有相應的幾組葉輪和導葉，適于在不同的運行要求，性能穩定，效率高，NPSHr值低。
3. 軸承體及潤滑
◆ 采用配對角接觸球軸承承受殘余的軸向力和轉子重量。
◆ 軸承箱體的大儲油室內帶有獨立的內循環自動潤滑系統，既能有效地潤滑軸承，又能使軸承油溫均勻，保證軸承長壽命運轉。
◆ 輸送介質溫度較高時，可采用冷卻裝置降低油室溫度。
◆ 油室大容量設計，儲油量大。
◆ 恒位油杯在線補償潤滑油，油位計實時檢測油位。
◆ 軸承部件可整體拆裝，便于維修。
4. 平衡裝置

◆ 通過管道和平衡鼓后端相聯，可降低機械密封腔的壓力。
