PR293系列納伏微歐測溫儀是一款適用于直流微小信號測量的高性能測試儀器,能夠高靈敏度地進行電壓、電阻、電流及各類溫度信號量的采集及分析。作為溫度計量行業的專用儀器,PR293系列測溫儀具有豐富的溫度測試相關功能,使得溫度校準及溫度量值傳遞過程變得簡單、便捷。

1. 10nV/10μΩ的測試靈敏度:
測試靈敏度是電測儀器的關鍵技術參數,超低噪聲放大器以及低紋波電源模塊的突破性設計大大降低了PR293測溫儀信號回路的讀數噪聲,而讀數噪聲的減小對于提高測試靈敏度至關重要。
2. 電阻動態清零功能:
高高要求的電阻測量過程通常需要使用電流換向的方法,用以實現測量電阻真實數值的目的。PR293系列測溫儀具有“電阻動態清零”功能,可以快速測得被測電阻的真值,而無需額外的電流換向操作。該功能可以根據實際需求,通過設置選項打開或者關閉。
3. 內置5通道低噪聲掃描開關:
PR293A型測溫儀后部集成了5組相互獨立的多功能測試端子,5組通道可獨立設置測試信號類型,無需任何外部開關即可進行多通道的數據采集工作。低噪聲的設計可保障通過其接入的信號不會帶來額外的讀數噪聲。此外,5組測試通道具有*的通道間一致性。
4. 極低的溫度漂移:
PR293系列測溫儀內置了極為精密的參考電阻,結合自校準技術,PR293測溫儀的溫度系數達到極低的水平,以100Ω量程為例,在10~35℃的環境溫度下,典型溫度系數為0.5ppm/℃。
5. 豐富的溫度計量功能:
PR293系列測溫儀支持多種溫度傳感器,可支持的傳感器范圍包括4種標準熱電偶、2種標準鉑電阻、8種工業鉑電阻及11種工作用熱電偶,并支持引用證書值或者修正值對測試結果進行溫度溯源。
6. 出眾的易用性:
PR293測溫儀是為溫度計量行業量身定制的專用測試儀器,可顯示各種測試數據、曲線,并且可通過U盤進行數據存儲,此外,程序中的統計功能還可以對數據隊列進行/最小/平均值計算,以及多種溫度波動性的計算,有助于在測試現場進行直觀的數據分析。此外,PR293A型測溫儀還具有獨立的溫差測量模式,方便對各類恒溫設備進行專業的溫場均勻性分析。
